What services does Their Collective offer?

At Their Collective, we provide a range of services aimed at supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals. Our offerings include virtual counseling sessions, educational workshops, and a Virtual Artisan Market featuring unique products from queer and neurodivergent artisans. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone.

How can I get involved with Their Collective?

There are many ways to get involved! You can participate in our workshops, shop at our Virtual Artisan Market, or contribute to our community by sharing your experiences. If you’re a queer or neurodivergent artist or entrepreneur, we’d love to showcase your work! Reach out to us to learn more about collaboration opportunities.

Are your services available to individuals outside of Saskatchewan?

Yes! Our services are available across Canada, including virtual counseling sessions, workshops, and community resources. We’re dedicated to fostering a supportive space for everyone, no matter where you are! We are also creating a network of licensed mental health professionals who identify as 2SLGBTQIA+ and/or neurodivergent across Canada, ensuring that our community receives the best possible care.

SESSIONS & WORKSHOPS

Where will the session/workshop be held?

Virtually via our secure Jane app or via Google Meet.

What happens if I am unable to attend the session/workshop I registered for?

Workshops can be cancelled with a full refund with 7 days notice. Workshops can be rescheduled within 72 hours notice. There may be a recording of your session, please speak to your facilitator.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

When can I expect my order to ship and arrive?

We are a small start up business with no start up funds, run by two disabled individuals. We promise to keep you updated on when your order should arrive at each step of the process, but we can’t make any promises at this time. Many of these products are being made by hand after purchase.

Is local pickup available?

No. However, you may spot us at local markets from time to time, and we will send out announcements via our e-mail newsletter.

Do you ship internationally?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Only for items that arrived damaged. Contact us at hello@theircollective.ca with order details for returns. Sale and clearance items are final sale. See our refund policy for more
