These sessions use hands-on artistic practice as a pathway for cultural reclamation, mental wellness, and identity reflection.

BEST FOR: Youth aged 14-35, intergenerational learners, educators, support staff, Indigenous organizations, and those seeking inclusive cultural learning grounded in respect, reciprocity, and creativity.

Beading for Belonging

An accessible workshop for all ages and skill levels, with supports liketask breakdowns, visual examples, and alternative tools to support learners with different accessneeds.

Ribbon Skirt & Pants Making

A regalia-based session that explores personal and cultural expression.

These workshops include teachings on history, adaptation, and responsibility, and are offered on a sliding scale with materials provided.

Shannen’s Dream Painting Workshop

A creative workshop inspired by Shannen Koostachin and the fight for equitable Indigenous education.

Participants learn about Shannen’s Dream, explore advocacy through art, and create their own painting reflecting hope, youth leadership, and education as a right.

This workshop invites dialogue on youth empowerment, community responsibility, and access to culturally safe education.
