Exploring how we understand and relate to our cycles
-
Cycle tracking: recognizing patterns and shifts
-
Physical & mental implications of our cycles
-
Factors that impact our cycle
-
How to recognize when something is off
-
Understanding menstrual products and how to support your body’s needs
-
Reframing our relationship with bleeding
Facilitators:
Anna Penner (they/them) is a queer, non-binary facilitator and educator living on Treaty 13 territory (Toronto). With 20 years of experience creating inclusive spaces for 2SLGBTQIAP+ people, Anna has spent the past five years supporting pregnant people who are marginalized in healthcare settings through abortion, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. Their work is deeply informed by lived experience within queer and trans communities and a lifelong passion for reproductive health.
Meg Johnston (she/they) is a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, educator, and co-founder of Their Collective. With over a decade of experience in mental health, Meg brings an affirming, trauma-informed lens to understanding the ways hormones, mood, and neurodivergence intersect.
Who is this for? Anyone interested in learning more about menstrual cycles in an affirming and inclusive space.
