Food is fuel, comfort, culture, and sometimes… complicated. For neurodivergent folks, eating can come with unique challenges—sensory sensitivities, executive dysfunction, food aversions, and more.

Funky About Food is a judgment-free workshop where we’ll talk about our relationships with food, share tips and strategies, and explore how to make eating more accessible and enjoyable. Whether you struggle with meal planning, textures, appetite fluctuations, or just want to connect with others who get it, this session is for you!

Includes a live chat, Q&A period, and self reflection workbook. 

Facilitated by Sydney Wright, Rd and Meg Johnston RPN.

A bit about Sydney:

Sydney (she/her) is a non-diet Registered Dietitian and full-time MSW student at the University of Calgary. She has been working in the field of disordered eating/eating disorders since she graduated in the spring of 2020, and is currently on her way to becoming Saskatchewan's only dual licensed social worker and dietitian. Sydney practices from a weight-inclusive, anti-oppressive framework, and she currently works in private practice at Food to Fit Nutrition Inc. in Regina and at BridgePoint Center for Eating Disorder Recovery in Milden, SK. She is passionate about body liberation, food sovereignty, and reclaiming the joy of nourishing yourself that diet culture too often takes from us

Tickets are $35.
